Data collected

We collect only the data you submit voluntarily through the audit form: company name, contact name, business email address, telephone number, fleet composition and details about your vehicles.

No special category data within the meaning of article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation is collected.

Purpose of processing

This data is used solely to carry out the eligibility audit of your fleet, to quantify any loss and to contact you with the recovery options available.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.

Recipients

Your data is processed by our analysis team. It may be passed to a partner law firm or a litigation funding fund only if you decide to bring a claim, and after your express agreement.

It is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes, nor passed to your dealer or to the manufacturer concerned.

Security

The information submitted and the supporting documents supplied are encrypted using AES-256, in transit and at rest. Access is limited to those who need it to handle your file.

Retention

Data relating to a file that does not proceed is kept for three years from the last contact. Data relating to an active file is kept for the duration of the proceedings and then for the applicable statutory limitation period.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in relation to your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@truckcartelclaim.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your member state.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies and no behavioural tracking for retargeting. Only technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site and the security of the form may be set.
